Lunar Archetypes

A workshop for women to connect with and learn about their Lunar Archetype.

Most people are familiar with their sun sign in astrology, but few people know their moon sign! Knowing and

understanding the needs, desires and drives of your lunar archetype (aka moon sign) can help you find your own special and unique brand of fulfillment and contentment.

We cannot truly find happiness, unless our moon is happy!

The workshop will involve:

• Movement- we will get up and dance a little!

• Creating a collage

• Sharing thoughts, feelings, experiences and reactions with the group.

All information is confidential and will be deleted after the workshop. If you wan't to join, but don't want to provide this information, please email me and I will provide you with instructions on how to look this up on your own.

In astrology, our sun sign represents who we are and who we are becoming. It most often takes

the shape of our ego, and the personality we present to the world. For most of us, our daily lives

are dominated by this solar consciousness. The part of ourselves that has goals and plans, gets

things done, interacts with the world, and holds it all together. You can think of your sun self as

the hero in the story, or at the very least, the main character. Even at night when we are done

"being out in the world" we are often watching TV shows or movies that continue to keep us in

the grips of this solar consciousness, watching main characters and heroes on the screen.

Once upon a time, humans lived a more in a more balanced relationship to day and night, light

and dark. Today the dark is mostly absent, obscured by light and devices, and with it we have

lost connection to our night consciousness. This is that part of ourselves represented by the

moon, the part of you that knows yourself by how you feel, not what you see. Our moon sign, or

lunar archetype, is the self you are to yourself. It's who you are on an instinctual level, when no

one is looking. The moon feels, while the sun acts. The moon in astrology is feminine, reflective,

receptive and shows us how we nurture ourselves and others. No other planet in our sky can tell

us as much about what we need to feel cared for, safe, secure and content like the moon.

This is the invitation for this workshop: to reconnect to this part of yourself. Maybe you already know your moon sign, but don't feel connected to her. Or maybe you've never even heard of such a

thing! It doesn't matter where in the relationship you are, there is always room for a deeper

connection or an expanded understanding.

Hi, I'm Erin and when I am out in the world, doing my thing, I'm a jewelry designer! But behind

the scenes, I've been studying and practicing astrology for over 20 years. I mostly consider

myself an evolutionary astrologer, which means I'm focused on the development of the soul

over lifetimes and view astrology through a psychological lens....but I weave in all kinds of

different modalities. For the past several years I have been in an intensive study of both the

mythology that gave birth the the astrology we know today, and astrology as an embodied

practice. Additionally I am a trained in Deep Memory Process (a past and current life regression

therapy),Theta healing and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

Currently I am studying, Kabbalah, Tarot, and the history and practice of witchcraft.

My interest is in all the many pathways to self knowledge.
