The Creative Candle Jars class is a way for us to come together to handcraft a delightful scented and embellished candle.
You will learn to wick, pour, scent, and decorate an organic soy wax candle.
Once you are ready to pour, you may scent your candle from a few options such as:
◇ Fragrances:
* spice
* apple 
* pine
* bergamot ( think earl Grey tea)
* various citrus scents
There will be several items to choose from to decorate your candle with. These goodies include:
* jute twine
* epsom salt
* cinnamon sticks
* pine cones
* rose hips
* cedar, rosemary and/or fir sprigs 

 I will show you how to decorate your jar to look like snow, wrap the jute twine around the jar mouth and tie in your decorative items! 

◇ This candle making process takes about 90 minutes. It will not be entirely set by the end of class, so I will provide a bag to carry it gently home in. Allow candle to set for one - two weeks, trim wick to 1/4 inch, and burn responsibly and always within your sight. Never leave candles unattended. 

Adult class 18+

 Candle making involves the use of hot wax, essential oils, and/or fragrance oils. While everything we work with is non-toxic it does have an intended use and should be used with caution and care. Meditation & Sound Bath Journey
We will share in a guided meditation that is intended to clear our energy bodies and prepare us to enter into a deep state of relaxation. I will slowly bring in the sound instruments that aid in moving you further into an altered state of consciousness as a safe place to allow in more light.

This sound bath will enhance the energy that allows us to let go of the past and intend our now and near futures.

This Meditation & Sound Bath Journey is an opportunity for you to sink in, immersing yourself in the energies of wellness meant to bring you coherence. An easy, calming journey into blended words and soundscapes that will leave you feeling renewed.

Please bring a thick mat/lounge chair pad, eye mask, and a blanket so that you will be cozy on the floor for 60 mins. You may arrive up to 5 minutes before the start time to get settled in, but please no sooner. Bringing an open heart and mind with intentions to have a sweet experience will set the tone before you arrive.

During the 90 minute event, you will receive a brief introduction and setting the space before getting settled in, a short guided meditative journey and then the sounds begin. The sound experience itself is about an hour or so. Afterwards you are invited to enjoy tea, water and a healthy snack while chatting with me and your fellows, creating community. If you don't wish to socialize, you may slip away quietly.

Lunar Archetypes

A workshop for women to connect with and learn about their Lunar Archetype. Most people are familiar with their sun sign in astrology, but few people know their moon sign! Knowing and understanding the needs, desires and drives of your lunar archetype (aka moon sign) can help you find your own special and unique brand of fulfillment and contentment.

We cannot truly find happiness, unless our moon is happy!

The workshop will involve some workbook/journaling activities as well as an art project.

Come and sink into the resonant frequencies of the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. This vibrational journey experience will float you into an altered state of consciousness.

This Winter Solstice Sound Bath Immersion is an integrative and healing experience. This soundscape is intented to usher in transformative energy. As we are made of energetic frequencies, we resonate with these sound healing tools in a symbiotic relationship.
