New Moon Sound Bath

New Moon Sound Bath

Come and sink into the resonant frequencies of the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

This vibrational journey experience will float you into an altered state of consciousness. In this space you are open to many positively powerful influences. This session is a deep immersion into recalibration and creates higher cohesiveness. Please join us for this transformative soundscape.

The particulars:
Please bring a thick mat/lounge chair pad and a warm blanket so that you will be cozy on the floor for the duration. You may arrive up to 5 minutes before the start time to get settled in, but please no sooner. Bringing an open heart and mind with intentions to have a sweet experience will set the tone before you arrive.

During the 90 minute event, you will receive a brief introduction and setting the space before getting settled in, a short guided meditative journey and then the sounds begin. The sound experience itself is about an hour or so. Afterwards you are invited to enjoy tea, water and a healthy snack while chatting with me and your fellows, creating community. If you don't wish to socialize, you may slip away quietly.

How might I feel during and after the sound journey?
Individual experiences will vary. Most people find that they slip into a meditative state, feel deeply relaxed, release tensions and some even fall asleep. After, you may feel energized, sleepy or even emotional. It really depends on your energy and where you are in your life in the days leading up to a sound bath. However you may feel afterward, simply honor it. Rest if you feel tired, enjoy some silence if you feel called to, hydrate plenty, and refuel your body with fresh foods.

Etiquette:
Please be aware that you will be in close quarters with other sound bathers. This event is held upstairs, if you require special accommodations, please reach out to me directly. This space is intended to be still and restful so that you and your fellows can sink deeply into a healing zone. Please use the bathroom before the start of the bath, be mindful of your own space and of the individuals around you so that everyone can receive the wellness that they seek from these sound healing journeys. Thank you for helping create an amazing experience.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Full Moon Sound Bath

Imagine laying comfortably while the resonant sounds of Quartz crystal singing bowls, rattles, ocean drum, shamanic drum, Tibetan tingsha bells, chimes, light language transmissions, and more sweet tools whisk you away into an altered state of consciousness. In this state you're able to access your innate wellness and become open to the attunement of the sounds surrounding and infiltrating you.

The sound healing session is an integrative and immersive healing experience. These tones, vibrations, frequencies and energies will sink deeply into your physical and energetic bodies. They have the power to release, recalibrate, and create whole being coherence. As we are made of energetic frequencies, we resonate with these sound healing tools in a symbiotic relationship. This healing is an alive interplay between myself, as the facilitator, the beautiful sounding tools and yourself, as the receiver and allower of your own healing experience. Stay open to whatever you hear and feel!

What to bring and how things will flow:
Bring your open heart and mind, with an attitude of allowance as you enter into the space. Once you step through the doorway, know that relaxation is already yours.
You may arrive up to 5 minutes early, but no more than, to secure yourself a nice spot on the floor or on one of the cushy couches or seats provided.
Please bring a mat to lay on if you prefer stretching out on the floor. Bringing a blanket is highly recommended so that you will be cozy, warm and comfortable.
Once everyone is settled in nicely, I will introduce myself and the bath and we will set intentions for our time together. You will then relax more deeply into the beautiful space and allow whatever experiences you have to flow through you. There is no right, no wrong, no judgment... just you and the sounds in healing harmony. Above all...Enjoy!
After the bath, you may slink away quietly or you may stay on for a brief sharing of experiences while sipping a nourishing cup of tea or water and enjoying a snack!

Sound Bath Journey Resonant Experience

We will share in a guided meditation that is intended to clear our energy bodies and prepare us to enter into a deep state of relaxation. I will slowly bring in the sound instruments that aid in moving you further into an altered state of consciousness, a safe place to allow in more light.

This immersion is between the full and new moons, a crux energy that allows us to let go of the past and intend our now and near futures.

What to bring and how things will flow:
Bring your open heart and mind, with an attitude of allowance as you enter into the space. Once you step through the doorway, know that relaxation is already yours.

One of the special things about the sound healing immersion event is that you will receive a sound healing just for you. I will walk around and bless each of you with a brief unique sound cleanse toward the end of the bath. This is a beautiful way to wrap up our special experience together.

After the bath, you may slink away quietly or you may stay on for a brief sharing of experiences while sipping a nourishing cup of tea or water.
